We carry out robust background checks on all our staff.
All new staff go through an induction programme and are required to shadow senior carers, before they are given their first assignment. Thereafter they are monitored and closely supervised, alongside established staff.
All staff participate in regular, on-going training, in order to ensure that we maintain high standards of service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.
We offer a professional, outcome based home care service to adults living at home or in residential settings. The services we offer are varied and are tailored to meet individual needs. They may include:
Personal care in the morning.
Preparing and serving meals at
lunch and dinner time or
refreshments at teatime, with
feeding assistance, if needed.
Assistance into bed in the evenings.
Day or night sittings and sleep-ins.
